SUSTAINABILITY AND OUR COMMITMENT
at Virón we are proud of our commitment to the planet. since the very beginning, we have been doing our best to be as sustainable as possible. click on the COMMITMENT section and see for yourself.
all of our products are PETA-certified vegan and made in Europe. we use a variety of food waste byproducts and different recycled materials, having using as little virgin materials as possible as our main goal. you can check out all descriptions of our materials HERE.
our packaging is composed of a recycled, biodegradable box, recycled wrapping paper, and recycling-friendly Kraft tape.

all the glue and dye that we use is controlled by the European Union's REACH regulation.
our shoes are produced in Guimarães, Portugal, in a family-owned factory that specializes in vegetarian shoes production. take a look at our “Behind the Scenes” HERE.
European. we’re very proud to say that our materials are sourced and manufactured in Europe and that we store all of our stock in our factory. from there we directly ship your orders: this way we avoid additional CO2 emissions as well.
ABOUT YOUR PAIR OF VIRÓN'S
we recommend to pick 0.5 to 1 size smaller compared to performance/running shoes. you can find more information about sizes in our Size Guide under every product listed on our website.
we use cores, rather than cows. our AppleSkin material is made from apple waste sourced from farms in Northern Italy. we then dry it into a powder and add a little bit of recycled plastic to make it waterproof, turning into a leather-like textile.
the end result is almost identical to the real thing, but it’s totally plant-based, vegan and sustainable, meaning the planet will send good karma back your way.
our AppleSkin material is made from apple waste, but it’s fortified with a small amount of recycled PES, a form of plastic. this ensures that your shoes are as waterproof as real leather, meaning you’re free to splash around without a care in the world, whether you’re heading to a warehouse rave or a woodland ramble. in other words - it’s a watertight solution.

We ship worldwide from France.

delivery deadlines may vary according to your location.
considering we ship from France, deliveries to Europe take between 3-5 business days for the standard (free) shipping and 2-3 days with the express shipping.
for shipping outside of Europe, it usually takes between 3-5 business days.
after the purchase, you will receive a notification e-mail with the order confirmation. once the order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment status and tracking number.
you can also track your order from the My Account section.
at the moment we offer UPS standard and express shipping for European deliveries and express shipping for and worldwide deliveries.
very simply: all import taxes from deliveries in the UK are covered by us.
RETURNS
you can return items within 14 days, in their original condition.
if you would like to return an item, please send an email to:
returns@viron-world.com. until we receive it, your return is your responsibility, and should be packaged carefully. the cost of the return is at charge of the customer.
to return your order, please send an e-mail to: returns@viron-world.com . once approved, carefully pack your return* and ship it to the address provided in the mail.
*make sure to deposit and scan the return 14 days from the shipping date to avoid refund problems.
the refund procedure takes up to 14 days and is completed on the bank account used during the original order.
yes of course we do! if you wish to do that please send an email to returns@viron-world.com with the following information: order number, reason of return, return for (Exchange or Refund) and exchange item (which item in which size). we will get back to you within 24h and provide you with the return address. please be aware that you are responsible for the product from the moment you receive it to the moment you ship it back to us.
unfortunately (or fortunately) our orders get processed very quickly. therefore the time window that you can use to cancel your order is very short: if you wish to do that please let us know the same day by writing an email to returns@viron-world.com and then we will be able to cancel it or, in case of a mistake, send you the item that you actually wanted to purchase.
