HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We always aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 business hours. When your order leaves our warehouse we will send you an email together with your tracking number and estimated delivery date*.

ARE VAT/TAX AND DUTIES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
When ordering from the USA, all additional charges such as VAT/tax and duties are included in the given price.
When ordering from Canada, all prices exclude VAT tax but covers import duties.
Price also excludes costs for physical inspection at customs in countries where this is required. Please note that we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.
OUR RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with our delivered goods, you have the right to return the unused product within 14 days after the arrival of the goods.
We always strive to provide you the best experience and service possible. Since we are an independent, young brand, we unfortunately can't cover the cost of shipping your return, however we will cover the shipping costs for an exchange item. Our warehouse is in France.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We will replace any items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to the address provided in the mail correspondence.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided in the mail correspondence.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Carrier for Returns
You can select the carrier of your choice, but we recommend depending on your location FedEx or DHL.
In any case we kindly ask you to send us the tracking number and pre-alert of your return.
